Andrew Kass
Vice President
Andrew Kass brings a unique blend of financial expertise and hands-on construction management to Kass Construction & Development. After graduating college, Andrew spent seven years in the finance and analytics industry, where he developed a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, client service, and operational efficiency.
He later transitioned into the family business, where he has played a key role in modernizing operations and elevating the client experience. By implementing Buildertrend project management software, Andrew has introduced greater transparency, communication, and efficiency throughout every stage of construction.
Today, Andrew oversees a range of high-end residential projects across South Florida, with a focus on luxury new builds and large-scale renovations. His background in finance, paired with his passion for design and construction, allows him to deliver both precision and creativity—ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Vince Gizzi
VP of Construction
Vince Gizzi is a seasoned construction professional with over 40 years of experience spanning commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. A licensed General Contractor in Florida, Vince has successfully managed and delivered large-scale projects in both Canada and Florida, including luxury developments and high-profile hospitality builds for brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Eden Roc.
Throughout his career, Vince has overseen projects valued at $22 million and above, earning a reputation for precision, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to quality. His portfolio reflects deep expertise in integrating complex builds while maintaining efficiency, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Fluent in five languages, Vince brings a global perspective and cultural adaptability to every project. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a dedicated husband and father, grounding his career with strong family values and integrity.

Paris Anastasis
VP of Operations
Paris Tsitos brings more than 30 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with a portfolio that spans custom homes, large-scale renovations, and landmark estates across Florida and Virginia. A licensed General Contractor holding the industry’s highest credentials, he has served in every leadership role from Superintendent and Project Manager to President and Owner. Paris is also a trained Owner’s Representative and consultant, having overseen some of the nation’s largest private estates and complex high-end projects, while consulting for some of the top builders in the country.
His expertise covers the full spectrum of construction management—policy and procedure development and implementation, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, budgeting, and client relations. Known for his disciplined approach and commitment to excellence, Paris has built a reputation for delivering projects on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality. Recognized with certifications including OSHA 30, LEED, and EPA Lead, as well as multiple awards for design and innovation, he pairs technical knowledge with a refined design sensibility.
Outside of construction, Paris is a proud father of two, active in the MMA industry, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and two loving mastiffs.
